The one book i am really looking forward to is (fiction wise) Time ship by Stephen Baxter. Non fiction wise, I would say the book by Syd Field. I have learned *sooo* much from that book, and I've realized that you can apply most of it to fiction writing. Especially the chapters on characters.

You won't read any of these books.  If you read anything, read "David Copperfield" and admire the character of Steerforth.  Of course, Steerforth dies in the end, but don't let it discourage you, because you are the sort of person who WANTS to be Steerforth, even if early death is the price to pay.  Have fun with this summer reading list, poseur, I want a book report on all of them.

Is it your life goal to be an arse? Most likely.
