I am only human

I am only human,
Not of special breed,
A man of many sorrows,
Empty of any glee.

I stand upon this hill of justice,
For all the world to see,
Naked as a newborn babe.
Awaiting my judgment.

I weep,
Crying out for forgiveness,
Of my carnal sins,
I am only human.

I am sentenced,
Infinite damnation,
I cry,
I yell,
I am only human.
