Hmm, looked around JU.com today, saw that a few of the "well known" bloggers have vanish, mr. CG for instance hasn't blogged since october 2nd. Hmmm Others have been spurratically(sp) posting things, once every week, or such. One of my personal favorites (humor value) was a recent one comparing alka selzer and capitalism (Myrrander's). LOL Never thought that would be... anyway, been getting stuff ready for my campaign (D&D) this weekend, this will be my...4th(?) session, and its tough. Its definantly made me think of the whole "think on the go" strategy.
Well, found out my sisters ex husband is moving to medford (other side of cascades, 70 miles by car). Apparently, his father is slowly dying. And he decided he didn't want to have to deal with it. Then, from what he told my sis. He plans to come back and get his mother and two sons and move them over. (Why? I don't know, I do know that his father is very well off, retired law enforcement...*might* be cause the money, just the typ of guy he is) So, that means that on certain weekends, my two nieces will have to "go over the hill" (as is said) to Medford. For the weekend. (Oh joy! *grins sourly*) I honestly don't trust that man as far as i can thrown him. He's shown NO sign of changing his ways. Still does his same old crap. Hmmmm.......
Right, anywat, thats it for now...

Well, I couldn't resist the urge, Elindel. I read the last few months worth of blogs (non-political and non-humor blogs, that is). I'd be lying if I said I was anything but stunned. When I got kicked off JU, I thought it was a dramatic moment, but this... wow.
Anyways, as many people said, JU isn't about telling the truth about facts or events, but about the truth in ideas, which a liar can tell as well as a truthsayer. Sabes? Anyway, I'm glad I know the whole story now.
Btw, there was a guy named Deleted_ who hounded my blogs for quite some time until he was permanently taken off the site. And a guy named MadPoet (I don't think he ever got kicked off) who was manic depressive and swung rapidly between telling me I was the best writer he'd ever read and shouting (caps lock... ugh) that I had no redeeming qualities whatsoever and that the world would profit from my death. So anyways, I feel for ya.
They will get over it, by the way. If Dharma doesn't blacklist me every couple months, I start feeling dejected, but we're still great buddies. Great people here, and most worth the time it takes to earn their respect.

I'm just getting, no, i am tired of blogging on...and people slapping me across the face with it... I've repeated many times (its a mantra now) that i screwed up, etc... But, hey, life goes on...

--No doubt, I owe a great deal to most people here... One of my biggest memories is trying to go "head to head" with LW... Like getting hit by a charging freight train...

Yeah.. it'd be hard to exit that one unscathed. She's not an easy person to deal with, but the more I know of her, the more I like her. She's one of those people that just doesn't take BS.

Like friggin Dutch dyke... just keeps taking it... (err, not *that* type of dyke btw)
Oh, he got scathed alright, but I also turned around and did him a totally unexpected kindness, one that quite possibly saved him some severe *real life* consequences.
Scathed...thats a subjective term alright...
And indeed, you did, last thing i thought would happen....
I prefer lessons learned the hard way, they stick. Don't you agree, Lucas?
Ehhh, Now, i'm glad i learned something...but, i much would have rather *not* had to go through it... i.e. That i wasn't...(shall we say) STUPID!
Right...ok...ciao!
