Some European travel itineraries I like...
I was reading a travel(Europe based) book i received as a graduation present last year (oy! I feel old saying that ), and i came across a couple of itineraries that i liked.
1) "The Ultimate Pub Crawl" (Need I say more?)
Its a 25 day, 21 pub/bar trip that also spans 11 countries. It begins in Dublin (Well, were else would you start? I mean, c'mon..its dublin) at the"Stag's Head", and ends Klaipeda, at the Trys Mylimos. ( Eine! Zwei! Zofa!)
2) "The best of Europe in 2 months" (The only thing better is the one below this.)
This trip covers the best of the best. Marseilles, Bourdeaux, and various other famous cities of europe. You begin in London and end in Luxembourg City.
3)"Europe 365"
Ah, Europe. This is one i've been wanting to go on. It is esssentially a 1 year, back packing around europe. Yes, there is the matter of finances. (As mentioned in the travel book i have, you can find temp work, etc...) There is the matter of visas,etc... The technical stuff. The one thing i like about 'getting around europe', are the rail passes. There are a couple (I believe its EuroRail) that are valid up to 30 days...)
What would your dream trip be? What experiences have you had? I'd like to hear from y'all.

(My book is 'EUROPE' by Lets Go [ http://ricksteves.com/ ] I also suggest Rick Steves: [ Link ]. Who is a well known tour guide and host of a travel show on PBS. He's also a North Westerner like me. )
