Right, well, I set up a rpg(role playing game) on a subdomain (netfirms), and have had it up since (err, I think) around september 3rd... And have had 3 people join. I've uber advertised it, i have it on google, i've posted links in various forums, and joined link groups,etc... and...nothing... Hmmm, considering a change of strategy... Hmmm, even considered scrapping it completely... But, time will tell.... right...anyway....

Yeah, i read the bit by dr. g about his article mis-hap. And yes i read the reply by LW. But i just gotta take dr. g's side in this. He isn't the type of guy to do that purposely. Yeah, he made a mistake. But don't "persecute" him over it. (Figurative usage, not meant literally, just at the harshness of the words) I mean, i myself have made mistakes concerning the same ordeal. Some may not believe me on it, specially since my reputation. But, we are only humans. You see? Sometimes shit happen...

Hmm, looked around JU.com today, saw that a few of the "well known" bloggers have vanish, mr. CG for instance hasn't blogged since october 2nd. Hmmm Others have been spurratically(sp) posting things, once every week, or such. One of my personal favorites (humor value) was a recent one comparing alka selzer and capitalism (Myrrander's). LOL Never thought that would be... anyway, been getting stuff ready for my campaign (D&D) this weekend, this will be my...4th(?) session, and its tough. Its ...

The Catholic church, many see it as a 'foundation', others see it as a barricade. I see it as a global corporation. Its own interests in mind, and fully capable of corruption. In the world as we know it, the catholic church is a big influence in the affairs of certain nations. Is it unreasonable to say that it is a..."boundry" setter? Or a "dictatorial" power? Other than it doesn't want to desroy the world,etc... What makes it any different from other "dictatorships"? (or oligarchies) Is it ...

Ok, so i am told that the bible says not to support "witchcraft", i.e. prophets, magic, etc... But, my question is, what about Jesus, the disciples, didn't *they* forsee things happening in the future. ("prophecising") Example: the Book of revelations, with john (?) seeing the "end times".....? Is that not "black arts? Or is it, immune, because the person is affiliated with "god"... What about Nostradamus, or Edgar Cayce? Just some thing that crossed my mind...."

Ok, this is the final draft of the paper i posted earlier. -Luke ----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- The transition from high school to college is a scary experience. However, such a transition is often eased by the help of admissions/registration counselors. Generally, there are three big differences between high school and college that coun...

And, at first....I had serious trouble finding out who/what/where (and on and on) this person was/is/lives.... Well, my family nickname (don't ask where it came from, its just, been there....) is Heinz 57, why? Well, apparently the very first heinz 57 ketchup was made out of various ingredients (still is...) and people just felt there were too many... (or something like that) Anyway...My point here is to ask other JUsers what is there decent/heritage? For me, I am part English(Manchester/Liverpool surroundings), Sioux, Cherokee, Irish(Cork area), Scottish (Edinburgh), Norweigan, Swedish (I think, ...

Errr right.... Well, as the title says... Here in the "great" state of Oregon, in Marion county, a judge ruled Measure 37 unconstitutional ( Link ) The measure says (condensed): GOVERNMENTS MUST PAY OWNERS, OR FORGO ENFORCEMENT, WHEN CERTAIN LAND USE RESTRICTIONS REDUCE PROPERTY VALUE ( Link ) So, apparently...a measure, which Oregon voters approved by over 60%.... So, do oregon citizens not know what they want? Apparently (according to an article) the statement "I...

Exactly as the title says, i am asking you, fellow Jousers, do you believe in such thing as having "past lives"? I myself do indeed believe in it. More to the fact that there are things that i am drawn to, that cannot be explained, and, asking a close friend of my mothers, who she has known for many years (The mother of my best friends of 18 years), who my mother trusts iron cladly. Who is a channeler. I found out that (after wondering why i had such a draw to Germany, Egypt, Ireland and a...

Crikey, yesterday wasn't good. After throwing the football around, i got really dizzy and passed out, my niece slapped me awake (literally) and took me inside, where my mom went nuts, apparently i was very gray/pale, shaking, stomach felt aflame, vision was blury/out of focus, had trouble breathing, heart was beating irratically, and she checked my Oxygen level and found it had dropped to 72%, sooo....next thing i know, she's rushing me to the hospitol and I'm waiting in the ER. About an h...

Can someone tell me what the definition of WMD's (Weapons of mass destruction) is? Do they HAVE to be nuclear weapons? Or could ricin, biological weapons, etc... be "WMD's"? Cause, if they could be. Then, technically there *were* WMD's in Iraq. Right? Just wondering....

Ok, as the article says, hussein is supposed to go on trial wednesday, unless further delays are implemented. My question for JoeUsers, is should he receive the death penalty? Should he receive life in prison? Which sentence do you think is the ideal punishment, and why? --For me, I would say life in prison. I feel that it would be worse than the death penalty. Death would be letting him off too easily. (Part of the reason is that i am against the death penalty...) Living the rest of h...
